The Iowa Hillel House Board of Trustees engages the following duties on behalf of the organization, its leadership, its students, and the community

Duty of Care: Act with diligence and informed judgment to ensure the responsible stewardship of Iowa Hillel’s assets, facilities, people, finances, and reputation.
Duty of Loyalty: Act with diligence and informed judgment to ensure the responsible stewardship of Iowa Hillel’s assets, facilities, people, finances, and reputation.
Duty of Adherence: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, follow governing documents and bylaws, and uphold Iowa Hillel’s mission, vision, and values.
